Anna and Malamo came to my island for the homebirth of our son. They were calm and confident during the whole birth, and had always the right thing to say when needed. I really appreciated that they were there in the background, giving us our own space to do as we feel and being there for precious support when wished. Exactly what we were looking for. They stayed as long as they felt it necessary and only left the island when they felt us secure and relaxed with the baby, breastfeeding and everything. I highly recommend Malamo and Anna. Malamo was my midwife and Anna was my lactation consultant. Malamo helped me escape a doctor that wanted to perform an unnecessary C section on me. Malamo guided me with patience, kindness, and respect, something unfortunately so rare here in Greece. She helped me feel comfortable and assisted me as a new mom. Anna helped me achieve breast feeding after 2 months of using a pump. Within 1 minute of checking my daughter she found a tongue tie, and then we got an incision and trained her for some time to use the breast. I changed doctors at 38 weeks due to them traumatizing me, and am ever thankful to this wonderful team that helped me have a natural and respectful birth!

Whatever I say about these midwives will truly never be enough! Long story short, I had been struggling with recurrent yeast infections and vaginitis for quite some time. Over-the-counter medications would only work for a very short period, and then the same vicious cycle would start all over again. That was until I met and connected with these girls. They gave me extensive information about all the different reasons these issues can keep recurring, how to protect myself, and how I could use more natural approaches to help restore the healthy flora of my intimate area. They were by my side every step of the way, whether I needed advice or an examination. They are incredibly kind, trustworthy professionals who radiate so much positive energy!
